How the Free preview works
Free includes up to 25 fixed sample records across available coverage, with a 7-day delay. Searching, filtering, sorting or returning later does not unlock a new set. Closed, removed or withheld records may reduce the sample. Weekly Free emails show aggregate counts without additional record details. Paid plans unlock the full available feed and the features listed above.

What “latest available” means
County polling runs every six hours, and county publication can lag. Pro search alerts run hourly after new records are ingested. Daily and weekly emails run on their own schedules.
Investor CSV allowances reset by calendar month in UTC. API allowances reset daily in UTC. Limits are shared by the account, including teammates.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Free is $0. Investor is $49/month and Pro is $149/month, in USD, plus applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Paid subscriptions are available to U.S. customers and renew monthly until canceled. Cancel through your account to stop future renewal; access continues through the paid period. Paid plans provide access to available leads and the features listed above. Pro adds team and automation features. No annual billing or first-payment money-back guarantee is offered at launch.
You can pay by credit or debit card, including Apple Pay or Google Pay when available at checkout. Plan changes take effect at the time and price shown before you confirm them.
Refund requests
Support reviews requests case by case. There is no first-payment money-back guarantee or routine prorated refund. The Terms explain the 72-hour unused-renewal courtesy, billing-error and service-failure remedies, and legally required rights.
