Paid subscriptions are available to customers located in the United States. You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you use NoticeFeed for a business, you must be authorized to act for that business. Keep your account information accurate and your login and API credentials secure. Each teammate must use a separate login. You are responsible for the people and integrations you authorize to use your account and for their compliance with these Terms.
What the service provides
NoticeFeed provides access to property-research leads compiled from official county code-compliance and parcel records. Available locations, source limitations and record types are listed in our coverage section. Coverage and available fields vary by location; listing a county does not mean every municipality, case or property is included. NoticeFeed is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.
Records can include case details, property addresses, recorded owner names and mailing addresses, property characteristics, assessments and recorded sales. Our recency score depends only on the county case date. It does not rank an owner's financial condition or willingness to sell. Where shown, a mailing-address comparison compares the county mailing and property addresses; it does not verify residence. A county homestead flag does not verify current occupancy. A foreclosure-related label reflects a match in county case text, not an independent determination of legal status.
Records may be delayed, incomplete, withdrawn or incorrect. Source checks and parcel refreshes occur on schedules and depend on county availability. A check time is not a guarantee that every field was freshly verified. A case or lien reference does not establish title, an outstanding balance, market value, owner distress, willingness to sell or a profitable opportunity. Assessments and historical sales are not current appraisals or equity estimates. We do not collect skip-traced phone numbers or personal email addresses from these sources.
Use NoticeFeed as a starting point for research. Independently verify current official records and obtain appropriate professional advice before making financial commitments or site-specific decisions. We do not guarantee complete coverage, uninterrupted availability, delivery of every update or any investment outcome.
Permitted and prohibited uses
Use NoticeFeed only for lawful property research and outreach. Do not use the service or its outputs, directly or through another person or system, to screen tenants or housing applicants; make employment decisions; determine eligibility or terms for personal credit or insurance; or make other decisions governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not provide our outputs to others for those purposes. NoticeFeed is not designed or offered to support those decisions.
Do not use records or labels to assert an owner's financial hardship, creditworthiness, willingness to sell, actual occupancy or protected personal characteristics. Do not use NoticeFeed for harassment, stalking, unlawful discrimination, identity theft, reconstructing withheld information or evading suppression. Public availability does not grant consent to call, text or email someone. You are responsible for laws governing your outreach and for respecting applicable opt-outs.
Do not access accounts without permission, share logins, bypass access or usage limits, or interfere with the service. Use exports and integrations only within your plan's permissions. Do not resell, sublicense or make NoticeFeed outputs available as a separate data service without our written agreement. Authorized teammates and integrations remain subject to these Terms. These restrictions concern your use of our service and outputs; they do not claim exclusive rights in underlying public records obtained independently.
We may investigate credible reports of misuse and end access for prohibited use. This does not remove any refund, cancellation or other rights that applicable law requires. Account and billing help remains available through support@noticefeed.com.
Plans, payment and renewal
Free accounts cost $0 and include up to 25 fixed sample records across available coverage, with a 7-day delay. Filters and repeat visits do not unlock additional records. Closed, removed or withheld records may reduce the sample. Free weekly emails contain aggregate counts without additional record details. Investor costs $49 per month and Pro costs $149 per month, in U.S. dollars, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Paid plans provide access to available leads; included features, usage limits and current coverage are described on the pricing page. Pro adds team and automation features. We do not offer annual billing at launch.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Before you pay, checkout presents the selected plan, price, billing interval and applicable taxes. Review those details and authorize the recurring purchase separately. Creating a Free account or accepting these Terms does not begin a paid subscription. A paid subscription is not a free trial or a risk-free offer.
You can pay by credit or debit card, including Apple Pay or Google Pay when available at checkout.
Plan changes take effect at the time and price shown in the billing flow before you confirm them. If a payment fails, payment retries may occur and paid features may become unavailable. You can still obtain billing and cancellation help. We will disclose changes to recurring prices before they apply and provide any notice or consent required by law, with an opportunity to cancel future renewal.
Cancellation
Cancel future renewal through the billing controls in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you retain paid access until then. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation and its effective date. If you cannot access billing, contact support@noticefeed.com for assistance. You do not need to delete your account, request a refund or wait for a refund decision to cancel.
Turning off email delivery, removing an integration or stopping use of NoticeFeed does not cancel a subscription. Accepting a new policy version also does not purchase or cancel anything. Where access requires acknowledgement of updated Terms, billing management remains available; an acceptance pause does not itself pause recurring charges. You can cancel renewal or contact support about your access and billing.
Refunds
We do not offer a first-payment money-back guarantee or routine prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. You may contact support@noticefeed.com to request a refund, including for your first payment. Discretionary requests are reviewed case by case; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
For renewal charges, you may request a courtesy refund within 72 hours of the charge if you have not used paid features since that renewal. We review the charge and available usage information with you. We refund confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges. Substantial failures of our service may qualify for a refund or credit appropriate to the circumstances. Any refund or other remedy required by applicable law remains available regardless of this policy or these request windows.
A refund request alone does not cancel future renewals. Cancel in your account or ask support to cancel as part of your request. If an approved refund also ends your subscription, support will confirm when paid access ends and whether future renewal has been canceled. Refunding a duplicate or erroneous charge does not by itself end an otherwise valid subscription.
Data corrections and account closure
Contact support@noticefeed.com about inaccurate or withheld records. We can review information displayed by NoticeFeed but cannot change the county's own records. The Privacy notice explains suppression, retention and the limits on recalling information already delivered.
For permanent account closure, contact support. We verify authority, explain the effect on teammates, address cancellation and billing, and remove account logins and related application data. Billing records, support correspondence, provider backups and copies already delivered are handled separately as described in the Privacy notice. Ordinary cancellation does not require permanent closure.
Changes and rights
We identify these Terms by their version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect as required by law. When a new acknowledgement is required, it is recorded separately; an earlier acknowledgement does not become acceptance of a later version. No policy change by itself authorizes a new charge. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
